About the Role As a Trainee Property Manager Assistant, you'll be involved in all aspects of residential property management. No two days are the same, and you'll gain valuable experience across administration, customer service, inspections, and tenant and landlord communication. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting a Senior Property Manager with a substantial property portfolio Reception and front-of-house duties Personal Assistant and administrative support Entry, routine and exit property inspections Property viewings Processing tenancy applications Coordinating maintenance and contractor communication Liaising with landlords and tenants General office administration and data entry Learning the systems, legislation and processes involved in successful property management. About You Excellent attention to detail Strong English written and verbal communication skills Confidence using computers and learning new software Great time management and organisational skills A sales, customer service or client-focused background Full NZ drivers licence A strong ethic around dealing with people’s private information The ability to follow systems and procedures while remaining adaptable when priorities change A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
