Business Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead our corporate services and operational functions, ensuring our people have the systems, resources and support they need to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is more than an operations role—it's an opportunity to shape the future capability of a growing kaupapa Māori organisation. You'll lead and oversee: Operational planning and organisational performance Corporate services including administration, reception, facilities and fleet Financial operations, budgeting, procurement and asset management Technology, digital transformation and AI implementation Risk management, health and safety and organisational compliance Human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding and staff systems Continuous improvement, quality systems and business process optimisation Supplier, contractor and operational partner relationships About You Significant experience in senior business or operational management Strong commercial and financial acumen Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Excellent project and change management skills Confidence working across technology and digital systems The ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required Strong relationship management and communication skills Sound judgement, integrity and professionalism You'll also have an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a genuine commitment to supporting equitable outcomes for Māori.
