We are looking for experienced Painters, Wash and Maintenance technicians to join our team in the Wellington region. The successful candidates will be qualified in all aspects of the painting and maintenance industry. Skill level and multi-trade skills is advantageous to the role. You must be able to work to a very high standard, be self-motivated, work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Painting interior and exterior of residential and commercial buildings Preparation which includes but not limited to (sanding, scraping and filling) Building and window washing Line Marking (preferred) Working to budgets / schedules / timeframes Monitoring and maintaining WPSL equipment and property Toolbox Talks & Health and Safety requirements on site Key requirements: Practical experience Experience with airless spraying Knowledge of paint systems and coating application Good communication and teamwork skills (able to work in team environment and diligently on own) Flexible, reliable, motivated, and safety conscious attitude Excellent attention to detail The successful candidate will be required to provide: verifiable works rights and eligibility to work in New Zealand two recent references a full clean driver’s licence (to appropriate candidate) What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
