Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: We are looking for a great leader, team player and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Duty Manager atFour Square Omarama Your day to day: Ensuring all departments maintain appropriate store display standards Providing high quality customer service to our valued customers Maintaining stock levels across the store Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards Key responsibilities Managing the store as and when required Maintaining the requirements set out by our liquor and lotto licences Ability to oversee staff duties as and when required Hours Full-time (minimum 30 hours) with specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage. About you A Duty Manager Certificate is required or 6 months experience in the sale and supply of alcohol Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and a friendly smile A strong work ethic and the ability to cope well under pressure Problem-solving skills and attention to detail About us Four Square is an iconic Kiwi brand, providing for customers since 1924!
