Pharmacy Sales Assistant

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be an important part of our team, helping deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Assisting customers with over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products and providing appropriate advice within your scope. Managing and maintaining shop stock, including ordering, receiving, merchandising, and inventory control. Ear piercing services (training can be provided if required). Taking professional passport and ID photos. Operating the point-of-sale system and handling customer transactions. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented retail environment. Assisting the dispensary team with administrative and pharmacy support tasks as appropriate. About You Previous pharmacy, retail, or healthcare experience is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Confident, organised, and able to multitask in a busy environment. A positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
