We’re seeking an experienced SAP HCM & Payroll Specialist to provide expert support across SAP HR, Payroll, and Time Management solutions. This role sits within a Corporate Products technology team and plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing systems that support a large and complex workforce. You will combine deep SAP functional and technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver both business-as-usual support and strategic initiatives. About the Role As a senior subject matter expert, you’ll lead and support the delivery of SAP HCM solutions across Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems remain compliant, effective, and aligned with organisational needs. Key Responsibilities Implement Collective Agreement and payroll-related changes across SAP modules. Manage payroll updates including wage types, schemas, and rules. Apply SAP Notes and maintain system compliance. Configure and support Time Management, including leave, quotas, rosters, and work schedules. Resolve incidents and enhancement requests through ServiceNow and Jira. Implement legislative and tax-year changes. Support integrations with Finance and third-party systems. Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation initiatives. Provide expert technical and functional advice across SAP modules. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in senior SAP HCM and Payroll roles. Strong functional and technical expertise across SAP Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organisation Management (OM). Deep understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation and operational payroll practices. Experience supporting complex enterprise SAP environments. Expertise in payroll schemas, rules, interfaces, and configuration. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience working within Agile and traditional delivery environments. Knowledge of Payroll ABAP development is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
