Fix issues head-on, whether on-site, remotely, or in our workshop. Help with installations, from rolling out new equipment to supporting broader IT projects. Connect with people, building great relationships with users at all levels—from day-to-day operators to senior managers. What You’ll Bring IT know-how : Completed IT qualification or 1+ years’ hands-on experience. Hardware experience : Comfortable working with PCs, laptops, and peripherals. Windows & cloud skills : Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Customer-first approach : Friendly, professional, and great at turning problems into solutions. Self-starter attitude : You're resourceful, think ahead, and know when to elevate. Resilience & adaptability : You can thrive under pressure and take on any challenge. Requirements for the Job A clean, current New Zealand driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. A clear Ministry of Justice background check . New Zealand citizenship or residency , and to be based in NZ.
