Ara Taiohi weaves within our sector as a partner, a connector and a resource for those who dedicate their lives to journeying with Taiohi. www.arataiohi.org.nz About the role We are seeking a Pou Ārahi Māori Development Lead to join us! The Pou Ārahi Māori Development Lead operates at the interface between our organisation and key stakeholders, building the awareness, understanding and influence of the youth sector. This role works across the organisation, supporting the work of Ara Taiohi to see an empowered ecosystem of youth development that supports Rangatahi to thrive. This role would ideally be located in our Wellington office. Full time Fixed Term – 12 months (40 hours a week) Salary band: $80,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience About you You are a driven executor who can engage purposefully with stakeholders to see meaningful connection and change. You love to work relationally and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Energised by a dynamic role where pivoting is often required, you can hold responsibility for multiple streams, various platforms and relationships.
