Mental Health Technician Pool Position Details Facility: Mease Dunedin- Behavioral Health Location: Dunedin, FL Status: Pool, Hourly Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered Nurse Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing. Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients. Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN. Requirements BLS (Basic Life Support) High School or Equivalent FL Driver's License Preferred Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology Preferred CNA/PCT Preferred Experience: 6 months - Psychology based experience This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
