Equitas is seeking a Casual Support Worker in Christchurch to assist residents with complex needs. The role is on an as-needed basis, with shifts across evenings and weekends and a focus on empathy, reliability, and independence building. You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines, support community participation, and ensure accurate documentation while driving mobility vans with a full NZ licence.
