About the Role As a Registered Nurse in Surgical Sub - Specialties, you will play a key role in delivering high - quality, patient-centred care to patients and their whānau throughout their surgical journey. Strong clinical assessment, planning and patient care skills within an acute healthcare setting. A commitment to delivering equitable, patient-centred care and improving health outcomes for Māori. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational and time management skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
