Investment Product Manager

Booster’s Investment and Super products represent a critical and growing part of their business, serving customers through multiple life stages and investment goals. In an ever-changing market these products require constant development, governance and commercial focus to remain competitive and compliant. As Product Manager you will own these products from end-to-end, working closely with Booster’s Investment Research and Portfolio Management teams, translating investment philosophy and portfolio strategy into compelling, commercially successful customer propositions. This is a senior, commercially important role with direct impact on Boosters ability to grow and retain its customer base. What your will need? To succeed in this role you will need; Previous experience in a product management role focussing on investment management, KiwiSaver, superannuation or wealth management An understanding fund structures and portfolio management principles Previous success leading cross-functional teams A strong understanding of the New Zealand’s compliance and regulatory framework The ability to work alongside investment managers and researchers and explain complex investment concepts to a wide audience What’s in it for you?
