Job Description
Mission Statement You'll be responsible to drive profitable growth of the Service portfolio through proactive customer engagement, strategic account development, and installed base (IB) penetration. Build long-term customer relationships while positioning service as a core value driver across lifecycle solutions. How You'll Make An Impact Drive service revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across existing and new customers. Develop and execute account plans to expand service penetration and grow key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, utilities, EPCs, and other industry stakeholders. Act as the primary customer contact for service opportunities and lifecycle management discussions. Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy, commercial positioning, and deal closure. Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual requirements. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement data in Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with sales, technical, digital, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused service solutions. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and support regional growth initiatives. Knowledge & Skill Proven BDM / sales experience in energy, electrical, or industrial sectors. Market knowledge on Power Sector. Strong understanding of installed base (IB) strategy and lifecycle services. Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
