About the Role As ACC Clinical Support Coordinator, you will supportthe day-to-day ACC administrative and coordination requirements to preparefor discharge and transition to the community. You'll need to ensure patient information is enteredcorrectly and accurately into the system and respond to queries in aprofessional, timely manner. This is a fixed term, part-time role for up to 12months working 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE), Monday to Friday, with thestart/finish hours to be negotiated with the preferred candidate. About the Team/Service/ Location We are looking for a Wairau based person to work alongsideour Nelson coordinator providing support to patients and hospital cliniciansacross the district related to ACC claims and ongoing care needs of clients.This role sits within the Allied Health Team but connects with healthprofessionals across medicine, nursing, allied, ACC, Aged Residential Care andHome Based Support Providers.
