Maynard Marks – Wellington Central, North Island We are a looking for a Project Administrator to work closely alongside our Wellington teamto enable them to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. This role requires an eye for detail, a proactive mindset and the ability to liaise effectively with individuals inside and outside of our organisation. Being able to organise and prioritise your workload will be key. What you will bring to the team Experience in a project administration or team support role. Ability to consistently demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Exemplary time management skills. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to learn other systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people to build great relationships. Great attitude and a desire to learn. Experience in the construction or property related sector would be an advantage. We regularly deliver project for schools and for the Ministry of Education and so experience with the Ministry's systems and processes would also be advantageous.
