Qualifications AboutYou Relevant tertiary qualificationideally Several years’ experience in digital content management,eCommoperations, digital production, CRM contentexecutionor a related digital operations environment. Strong practical knowledge of content management systems, digital publishingworkflowsand quality assurance processes. Experience coordinating content delivery across multiple digital channels, including website, app, EDM and other owned digital channels. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web tagging Strong attention to detail and sound judgement inidentifyingand resolving contentissues Strong planning, prioritisation,communicationand stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing requirements and work independently within agreed standards and escalation pathways.
