What You’ll Be Doing You will be an end-to-end recruitment consultant in our Professional Services team; lead by an experienced manager with over 20 years in the finance and accounting sectors. Day to day you will: Proactively engage with new and existing businesses to promote our recruitment services and market expertise Build and develop a portfolio of clients and candidates Provide specialist advice across the finance and accounting sector, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Support preferred supplier agreements and negotiate commercial terms with clients About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience in professional services recruitment, preferably within the finance and accounting sector. A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Demonstrated business development and client relationship management experience. The ability to influence and build credibility with senior decision-makers.
