Facilities & Property Manager

Our proudly New Zealand owned Company manages buildings and residential tenants in the Auckland CBD.We are looking for a capable person to manage the buildings and facilities management as well as undertake residential tenancy management. We are a growing company and an ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development of property services. The key focus of the role will be: To manage individual building facilities and operational matters To provide commercial/residential property management services To manage and negotiate leasing and renewal activities of residential tenancies To manage repairs and maintenance as required To support sales and business development of our services To manage debtor management including tenancy tribunal as required To manage Body Corporate Budget and contract administration To contribute toa high quality, team oriented culture. The ideal candidate for this role will: Be able to form relationships with landlords, tenants and within the organisation to obtain mutually successful outcomes from negotiations Have successfully managed building operations, contractors and budgets Ability to successfully negotiate residential tenancy agreements and leases from initial client contact through to the tenancy process Have operated in a small business in a role that includes support for business development and new client initiatives. Strong IT skills preferably including exposure to Palace Property Management software Possess a track record of meeting deadlines and ensuringdelivery to agreed contractual specifications. Be of high energy, driven, enthusiasticand innovative Good organisational skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
