Intermediate or Senior RMA Planner

As a key part of our business, you’ll be providing expert planning advice to our clients and helping them navigate the development process. You’ll also prepare and process resource consent applications for a wide variety of projects in urban, rural and coastal locations. You want this role because… You have a planning related qualification and you’re eligible for membership of the NZPI, You’ve got 5+ years resource consent experience under your belt, either with a planning consultancy or Council, You have experience managing mid to large- scale projects end to end, You want experience working on rural, urban and coastal projects and for different types of clients, You want more experience with Council processing work, but not all the time, You want to work somewhere that has real flexibility , where you can do the things that matter to you when you need to, You have better things to do with your time than spending hours a day stuck in traffic.
