About The Role Reporting to the NZ Distribution Manager, you will lead a team of 5 Warehouse Team Leaders and 50 warehouse employees over 3 shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all warehouse operations. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team Creating a strong culture of safety, engagement, and accountability Ensuring inventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics Driving continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes and systems Ensuring Delivery in Full, On Time, (DIFOT) and customer service targets are consistently achieved Partnering closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR Supporting operational planning and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Maintaining compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards, inventory controls and audit requirements Building strong employee relations practices, including performance management, training, attendance management and workforce capability development Championing Health & Safety and ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 and Vitaco safety standards Provide leadership support across all shifts including attending training, workshops, meetings and company functions as required What You’ll Bring We are looking for a confident operational leader with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced warehouse manufacturing or distribution environments. Ideally, You Will Have 5+ years leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or preferably within FMCG manufacturing Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams A solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and transport coordination Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives Strong Health & Safety leadership experience Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, labour costs, productivity, and service performance Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with ERP, inventory management or warehouse management systems will be highly regarded Must have experience leading large teams and managing large-scale warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations Responsible for 3 warehouse sites Full New Zealand working rights Why Join Vitaco At Vitaco, we're passionate about empowering healthier lives through our market-leading brands.
