Project Manager

Join our Property Team as a Project Manager and play a key role in delivering property projects across MITU's Auckland campuses and facilities. While the Project Management Team is based at our Ōtara campus, this role has responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of property projects throughout Auckland. As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning and delivery of property-related projects across MITU's portfolio, including owned facilities, commercial tenancies, leases, and external use of MITU spaces. We are looking for a highly motivated person who is solution driven and commercially astute. You will have proven track record in project management. You will also estimate costs for asset replacement together with internal technical team. Your role will constitute ensuring appropriate health and safety protocols are in place for all work responsible for. You will have a passion for creating a strong culture of operational and customer service excellence across the team with a focus on continual improvement. Your will require good verbal and written communication skills as you maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Faculties and Service Departments and work collaboratively with others to achieve the goals set out in MIT's Strategic and Campus Masterplans.
