Come and work with us in an independent, GP owned and operated practice in sunny Hawkes Bay We offer: A 3 year path to partnership (if desired) Flexibility: permanent part or full-time position (0.4 to 0.8 depending on candidate preference) The opportunity to build and manage your own list Protected administrative and paperwork time No working alone, excellent support and mentoring Minimal out of hours: 1-2 sessions a month dependent on patient list size What are you waiting for? We are a General Practice team of 7 GP owners with 7200 enrolled patients We are looking for a new GP to join us as one of our long serving GP's retires after 23 years We have a strong reputation as a caring, supportive practice. We aim to provide high-quality patient centred care and can usually offer an appointment on the day A warm, inclusive and progressive multi-disciplinary team including Community Nurse Prescribers, Clinical Pharmacist, Health Coach and Health Improvement Practitioner We are passionate about growing a new generation of health professionals and are proud to be a teaching practice, hosting Registrars, Trainee Interns and Student Nurses The quality of the service we provide and ongoing improvement, is a vital part of our practice. We have active multidisciplinary committees for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Equity.
