Enterprise Recruitment – Auckland, North Island Carpenter / Experienced Landscaper – Construction Team Build Landscapes That Last We are looking for a skilled Carpenter or Experienced Landscaper to join our client’s growing Construction Team. This is a hands-on role delivering high-quality outdoor infrastructure and landscape construction projects for a company committed to providing sustainable solutions across landscapes, water, and environmental projects throughout New Zealand. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your craftsmanship, and have experience building structures, formwork, decking, or landscape construction, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role This is a long term, temporary role with a high chance of permanent employment. However, if you are between jobs, have plans ahead and need a role to tide you over for a few months, this could suit you. Working alongside the Construction Team, you will be involved in the construction of a wide range of landscape and civil projects, including decking, fencing, retaining structures, concrete formwork, and outdoor amenities. Key Responsibilities Read and follow plans, drawings, and site instructions Measure, cut, and install timber formwork/boxing for concrete paths, driveways, garden edging, and structural foundations Measure, cut, and install timber to construct high-quality outdoor structures including: Fences and gates Screens Pergolas Retaining wall framing Prepare and assemble formwork ready for concrete pours Construct sub-frames and install decking, custom seating, stairs, and balustrades Assist with pouring, screeding, and finishing concrete Safely operate a range of hand and power tools Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects to a high standard What We’re Looking For Experience as a Carpenter, Landscape Construction Professional, or similar trade background Ability to read plans and accurately interpret measurements Proven experience with timber construction and outdoor structures Experience with concrete formwork and/or concrete finishing is highly desirable Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Strong focus on health and safety Full driver’s licence preferred What We Offer Competitive remuneration based on experience Diverse and interesting projects across the landscape, water, and environmental sectors Supportive team culture Ongoing training and development opportunities Relocation assistance if you reside outside of Blenheim #J-18808-Ljbffr
