Job Description

Coffee Suppliers helps 500+ Kiwi workplaces brew success, one cup at a time. We supply and service commercial coffee machines for small businesses through to large offices, warehouses and multi-site operations. We proudly supply our own Sorrento coffee that is roasted fresh in Auckland every week. Coffee Suppliers is a proudly NZ-owned family business with a small team of seven based in our Mt Roskill warehouse. We work closely together and no task is too small and no one is above getting stuck in. We set high standards, focus on doing things right the first time and ensuring every customer touch point feels warm and genuinely helpful. The business is growing steadily, and we have even bigger aspirations so we are looking for an additional technician to help support our growth with an immediate start available pending availability. About The Role Your time will be split between our Mt Roskill workshop, refurbishing and bench-testing machines, and out on the road installing, servicing and repairing machines on customer sites. Our customers are businesses rather than hospitality venues, which means we operate during regular business hours with no on-call requirements. Our team of Auckland based technicians service most of our upper North Island customers, so expect some day trips outside of Auckland and the occasional overnighter (meal allowances provided). We supply a number of globally recognised coffee machine brands including: Bianchi, Necta, Gaggia, Kalerm and Carimali. Our core business is fully automatic machines, but we also supply barista machines, grinders and water coolers. No coffee machine experience? No problem!
