Here's what you'll do in this job: Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Provide quality service to customers and ensure that they have the best possible experience. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Achieve agreed upon personal and retail targets & KPI’s within schedule Manage customer complaints and elevate to management if required Perform tasks as per Company guidelines. Upsell & Cross-sell products and services where possible. Keep on developing your talents - because we offer retail skills-based pay.
