We're looking for an Accounts Payable/ Receivable Officer to take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function across our group of companies. This is a stand-alone role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic business. What you'll be doing As our Accounts Payable/ Receivable Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong financial controls. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full accounts payable process across three legal entities Processing high volumes of supplier invoices with accurate coding and cost allocation Matching invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Preparing and processing weekly and month-end payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Maintaining supplier master data and onboarding new vendors Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations, and cashflow planning Working with MYOB, Workbench, and other finance systems Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency What you'll bring You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, has exceptional attention to detail, and builds positive relationships with both internal teams and suppliers. You’ll also have: 3+ years' experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role Experience using MYOB AccountRight, Xero, and job costing software (Workbench or similar) A solid understanding of GST and general ledger accounting Strong Excel skills Excellent organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Why join us?
