PAE is seeking a practical, proactive Caretaker for the Tāmaki Leadership Centre at Army Bay, Whangaparāoa. You’ll manage day-to-day on-site upkeep, maintenance coordination and grounds care in a unique NZDF training facility setting. Reporting to the Building Supervisor, you’ll liaise with contractors, monitor asset condition and help ensure safety and presentation across the site, while delivering a hands-on, high-standard operational role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
