Production Team Leader

Willow Tree Produce Limited - Auckland, North Island Willow Tree is looking for enthusiastic and hands-on Production Team Leader and Senior Production Team Leader to join our cut-fruit processing team in Mount Wellington. What you’ll do: Lead and supervise a dedicated production team to ensure smooth daily operations. Troubleshoot staff, machinery, and workflow issues as they arise. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and elevate issues promptly. Contribute ideas to improve processes and help us work smarter every day. What we’re looking for: Someone with a strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude. A confident communicator who can support and motivate a team. Experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage. For Team Leader position: previous experience leading or supervising a small team is preferred. For Senior Team Leader positions: proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, with the ability to coach leaders, drive performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
