Service Deli Manager

Are you passionate about delicious food, great service, and leading a team to success? New World Lincoln is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Service Deli Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside the Deli team to keep the department running smoothly, making sure our customers receive quality products and a fantastic shopping experience every time. You’ll be involved in all areas of the deli, from supervising and supporting the team to managing stock, food preparation, and customer service. This is a role where your leadership will help shape a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the Deli Department Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and production Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver great teamwork and service Oversee stock levels and inventory management Rostering and scheduling staff to meet business needs Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met at all times Build strong connections with customers by providing outstanding service Use in-store systems for stock control and reporting About you Previous leadership experience in a deli or fresh foods Strong knowledge of deli products and food preparation Organised, efficient, and confident working in a busy setting A positive leader who can inspire, support, and guide others Strong communication and organisational skills SAP experience Customer-focused with great communication skills Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure What's in it for you?
