They have a solid bank of junior lawyers coming through the firm to tackle those more straightforward files. They are now looking for a more experienced lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their existing Senior Associates to tackle the more challenging work. You will be a confident and self-managing lawyer who enjoys collaboration, the partners are on hand to develop and grow your experience and offer strategic-level file advice but the day-to-day is down to you. There is flexibility to work in the office, or from home.
