DHS Group are seeking an experienced and commercially minded General Manager to lead our operations and drive the next stage of growth. As part of the wider DHS Group, we are a vertically integrated construction business delivering projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside our specialist companies, including roofing, plumbing, interiors and design and build projects, you'll have the opportunity to lead a business with strong internal capability, established systems, and a reputation for quality. About the Role Reporting directly to the Directors, you will have full operational responsibility for DHS Group, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee people, performance and profitability while helping shape the strategic direction of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day construction operations. Drive financial performance, budgets and profitability. Oversee project delivery from tender through to completion. Build and develop high-performing site and office teams. Ensure exceptional health, safety and quality standards. Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement. Work collaboratively with the wider DHS Group leadership team. About You You are a proven construction leader who enjoys building great teams and delivering outstanding results. You'll bring: Senior leadership experience within the construction industry. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
