Senior Business Analyst

About The Role Deliver key business outcomes and support SailPoint-specific process optimization across a major enterprise program. In this role, you will review complex application integrations, facilitate requirements workshops, and collaborate directly with SailPoint Engineers to shape functional solution designs. Responsibilities Connect with business teams to gather requirements and align access profiles to system entitlements. Review data validation findings and support application teams with recommended data clean‑up. Map and refine identity processes to streamline workflows and remove cumbersome steps. Draft clear user stories in ADO / JIRA for developer and engineering review. Coordinate UAT and PVT testing sessions in partnership with the Test Manager and technical leads. Skills & Experience Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst on Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. Practical experience working with SailPoint platforms and onboarding complex applications. Skill in reviewing, organizing, and modeling large datasets across target systems. Practical understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and integration data flows. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and workshop facilitation skills.
