Mō te tūnga | About the role Working in forensic rehabilitation requires you to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate resilience, use sound judgement, and build trust with people from a wide range of backgrounds. At IDEA Services, you'll support people with intellectual disabilities who have had involvement with the justice system to develop new skills, reduce offending behaviour, and reintegrate safely into their communities.
