Job Description
Whittaker's is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations in the Making department. You’ll oversee a team of around 30, lead shifts on the floor, and keep roasting, refining and production moving safely and efficiently to meet specifications. You’ll own your shift’s performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring GMP, hygiene and food safety standards are upheld. The role runs Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours with early starts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
