What you'll be doing… Installing, configuring and commissioning Ricoh multifunction devices, printers and photocopiers, scanners, and other business machines onsite Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, software and network faults Performing preventative maintenance, upgrades and testing Supporting printing, scanning and connectivity issues Training customers on equipment and software use Managing spare parts and maintaining accurate service records Working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues What you'll bring… Experience servicing office equipment, printers, or similar technology Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable working on-site and managing your own workload A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn A minimum of 3 years' work experience in the deployment and maintenance of Ricoh production print equipment (preferred).
