Junior Site Manager

Remarkable People is recruiting for a Junior Site Manager to join a growing team delivering a construction project in Muriwai, West Auckland . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in concreting and foundations who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow their career in site management. We're looking to have the right person on board within the next 2-3 weeks, with ongoing full-time opportunities available across future projects. What you'll be doing: Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of site activities Supporting the delivery of projects safely, on time, and to a high standard Working closely with trades, contractors, and project teams Helping oversee concreting and foundation works Maintaining a safe, organised, and productive worksite What we're looking for: Experience in concreting and foundation work. A keen interest in developing your site management career. Previous site management or supervisory experience is an advantage. Physically fit and confident working across an active construction site. Reliable with excellent communication skills. Site Safe certification is highly desirable. Full Class 1 driver's licence and your own reliable transport. What's in it for you?
