The role Servicing, repair, and diagnostics on Ford passenger vehicles Mechanical work on other used and trade-in vehicles as required Completing work to a high standard in line with franchise expectations Skills sought Ford franchise brand training, ideally at Diagnostic or Master Technician level Recognised automotive trade qualification Proven experience repairing, servicing, and diagnosing passenger vehicles Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability Ability to carry out major mechanical repairs Willingness and ability to assist and mentor junior technicians Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach Computer literacy Rewards Attractive hourly rates of $35 - $40, plus incentives Supportive, professional work environment with long-term employment stability Ongoing Ford brand training and continuous development Exposure to the latest vehicle technology within a franchise setting Applications from those wanting to relocate from elsewhere within NZ are welcome, as are applications from those based offshore who meet the requirements.
