Senior Consultant - Workforce Transformation Enterprise Technology Recruitment – Wellington, North Island We are delighted to bring to market the role of Senior Consultant – People Consulting on behalf of Ernst & Young a global professional services organisation. Going through a period of growth, the search is on for experienced consultants to be part of a high performing team in Wellington to focus on Government and Public Sector consulting. Working with a variety of clients you will be responsible for delivering people-led transformation including Building skills powered organisations through the use of AI and reshaping roles, skills, ways of working Using change management tools and concepts to support clients with change strategy, stakeholder analysis, communications, training and driving adoption Consider the people side of change - not just how AI can support the business but bring engagement and enrichment to roles Manage a range of stakeholders to translate complex AI language, data and concepts into understandable terms Support and educate on AI governance, risk, ethics, privacy and controls Work closely with other technical teams to support implementation and usage About You An early embracer of AI tools you’ll have an understanding how to implement and adopt to make better business decisions Familiar with a range of AI tools Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Able to convert complex issues into meaningful conversation and solutions Experience with a range of systems including SAP, HRIS, Microsoft etc. Data analytics skills in Python, SQL, automation, cloud and generative AI Change management or project management qualifications/certifications and experience an advantage This is a full-time permanent position based in the Wellington with a competitive salary, flexible working and a whole list of benefits.
