Auckland City Mission is seeking an Outreach Keyworker for Transitional Housing to work alongside services and provide rapid support for people experiencing homelessness in Auckland. The role focuses on whaiora intake, safety assessments, and immediate needs, delivering intensive short-term support for up to four weeks and coordinating pathways into mainstream transitional housing with whānau-centred practice.
