IDEA Services Ltd is hiring Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centered support in our six-home network near Raumati Beach. You will work with individuals who have complex care needs, helping them set goals, manage daily tasks, and participate in community activities. Training and ongoing development are provided, with flexible rosters including weekends.
