Horizons Regional Council is seeking a motivated environmental professional to support our Catchment Operations. You will provide regulatory advice, manage consents from application through compliance, and perform field inspections to monitor environmental performance. You will work with operational teams to implement practical solutions, engage with iwi and stakeholders, and contribute to policy improvements.
