NZ Structural Engineering Manager - Auckland We’re seeking an accomplished Structural Lead to play a pivotal role in expanding and shaping the structural engineering capability within a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy. This leadership position will suit someone looking to take ownership of the NZ structural offering — developing client relationships, leading projects, and mentoring a growing local team. You will have the scope to influence strategy, strengthen client partnerships, and deliver a range of challenging commercial projects across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver multiple structural design projects from concept through to construction monitoring. Manage project scope, financial performance, quality assurance, and risk. Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to ongoing business development. Oversee and mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering technical and professional growth. About You BE (Civil) with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status. Registered to sign Auckland Producer Statements. 8+ years’ experience in structural design and project delivery, ideally within a NZ consulting environment. Strong working knowledge of NZ design codes and local standards. Proficiency with analysis and design software (e.g. ETABS, SAP2000 or similar).
