Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a positive, motivated and experienced dispatch coordinator to become part of our business. This person will work closely with a small team and report to our Factory Manager. Key responsibilities Booking and managing external transport providers Supporting daily picking activities to ensure timely dispatch of orders Coordinating local delivery runs Coordinating stock transfers throughout the business Dealing with customer service inquiries Completing the necessary paper-work and documentation to ensure accurate stock control About you Proven experience in a busy dispatch, warehouse or logistics environment Good organizational skills and attention to detail including a good understanding of written instructions Able to work unsupervised and a sharp eye for accuracy Motivated, reliable, a positive attitude and pride in a job well done Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa About us Aakland Chemicals is a 100% New Zealand owned company specializing in the manufacture of quality detergents and sanitisers for the Dairy, Hospitality, Food Processing and Farm Retail markets in New Zealand.
