About the role This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend most of your time on the tools installing residential heat pumps, hot water heat pumps, ventilation systems and EV chargers, while mentoring and supporting a small team and helping maintain the high standards we’re known for. You’ll also play an important role in introducing new technologies as residential electrification continues to evolve. About you You're an experienced electrician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys helping others succeed. You’ll bring: A current EWRB Practising Licence Strong residential electrical experience Great fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience mentoring apprentices or leading others Excellent communication and customer service skills A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
