Van Lier Nurseries is seeking a dedicated Cut-Flower Nursery Worker to join our family-run team in New Zealand. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with weekend rostered shifts, working mainly in cool conditions and on the shop floor of our cut-flower processing area. You will help process flowers, ensure quality, organise workflow, and communicate with the Crop Manager and Dispatch Manager.
