About the Role We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on Property & Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day upkeep of our Auckland sites. This is a varied role where no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll help keep our sites safe, tidy, functional, and well‑presented by supporting general maintenance, site checks, outdoor upkeep, contractor coordination, hygiene supplies, and vehicle‑related tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing a job properly, and is happy pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Working alongside the Property & Facilities team, you’ll play an important part in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our people, visitors, and contractors. Key responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance, repairs, painting, and basic site upkeep Keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, tidy, safe, and well‑presented Complete regular site checks and spot anything that needs attention Support contractors onsite and help keep work areas safe Help manage hygiene supplies, equipment, and company vehicle upkeep Pitch in with a wide range of hands‑on tasks to keep our sites running smoothly About You You’ll be someone who is reliable, practical, and takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and well maintained. You’ll bring: A full New Zealand driver licence Hands‑on experience in maintenance, cleaning, labouring, caretaking, or similar work Confidence using basic tools and equipment A reliable, practical approach and a strong focus on health and safety Good attention to detail, with the ability to spot what needs doing A friendly, can‑do attitude and willingness to pitch in as part of a small team It would be helpful if you also have a forklift licence, MEWP ticket, Working at Heights certificate, experience operating a sweeper or similar equipment, and experience working with contractors or in a manufacturing/site‑based environment.
