We're looking for a motivated and organised part time Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Dunedin team. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in clinical research. Working alongside experienced Clinical Research Coordinators, Investigators and Study Teams, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure our clinical trials are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP). No two days are the same. From preparing participant visits and maintaining study documentation to supporting participant recruitment and laboratory processes, you'll be a key part of delivering world-class clinical research. About the Role As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will: Support the day-to-day coordination and administration of clinical trials. Prepare participant visits and assist with clinic organisation. Maintain accurate study documentation, investigator site files and Trial Master Files (TMF/eTMF). Complete data entry, resolve data queries and assist with electronic data capture (EDC). Assist with the preparation, handling and tracking of study materials, laboratory samples and investigational products. Process, file and archive study documentation to ensure inspection readiness. Support participant recruitment activities, including pre-screening participants and responding to enquiries. Assist with participant follow-up and customer service surveys. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes. Assist with internal and external audits and ensure documentation meets ICH-GCP and SOP requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety and regulatory compliance. About You You'll be highly organised, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You'll also bring: Previous experience in a healthcare, administration or customer service environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in clinical research, healthcare administration or a call centre environment. Experience working with electronic databases or clinical documentation. A Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related discipline (or equivalent), although this is not essential. Why Momentum?
