Located inside Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale, our café serves a growing mix of retail and trade customers throughout the week and weekends. As the store continues to grow, so does our customer base. We're looking for an experienced Barista who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their craft, and values being part of a supportive team. About the Role This is a 32-hour-per-week position that includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. This is a hands-on café role combining coffee making, customer service, and general front-of-house responsibilities. While customer volumes vary throughout the day, there are busy periods where you'll need to stay organised, work efficiently, and maintain quality. This role is ideal for an experienced barista who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and values being part of a supportive team.
