Snell Packaging and Safety – Christchurch, South Island Key responsibilities Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and look for ways to grow them Plan and manage an effective call cycle with purpose and consistency Build genuine relationships with existing and new customers Identify and win new business opportunities with the support of the wider Snell team Contribute to a positive, down-to-earth team culture where people back each other Keep learning about products, industry trends, and smarter solutions so you can give customers practical advice that adds value About you At least two years' sales or account management experience, ideally with responsibility for customer relationships or territory growth Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of people The motivation to work independently, along with the team mindset to share ideas and support others The ability to present ideas clearly and tailor your approach to different customers and stakeholders Curiosity, drive, and a practical problem-solving approach Packaging or safety knowledge would be helpful, but it is not essential Based near our Christchurch office and comfortable travelling across the region as required About us At Snell, our people are experts in packaging, safety, and sustainable product options.
