As a Quality Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety and care. You’ll work across our Healthcare New Zealand brands, supporting teams, leading investigations and driving continuous improvement. Location: Auckland CBD. Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. What you’ll do: Advise operational teams on managing high-risk incidents. Lead investigations into adverse events, including root cause analysis. Interpreting trends, identifying opportunities, and contributing to initiatives that elevate service delivery and safety across the organisation. Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes. Contribute to policy development and review. Collaborate with senior leaders on quality and risk strategies. Support audit and compliance activities. Prepare responses for regulatory bodies and funders. Share insights across subsidiaries to promote best practice. Stay up to date with legislation and sector standards. Proven experience in quality, compliance, risk, or improvement, paired with a willingness to grow in data analysis and reporting. Exceptional writing ability is essential as you’ll be crafting clear, thoughtful and impactful reports, investigations and communications that influence decision-making and drive improvement. Your writing will need to translate complex information into accessible, actionable insights for a wide range of audiences. Sound judgement and a proactive mindset to navigate sensitive issues, make informed decisions and offer practical solutions across the organisation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing shifting priorities and diverse workloads with confidence and composure. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
